The heroes of the al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad conclude the first phase of cleansing the Western Sahara and confirms that they will continue to pursue the remnants of the ISIL gangs.

The leadership of the al-Abbas's (p) fighting squad has announced concluding the first phase of its military operation launched Sunday morning to clear the Western Sahara from the terrorist cells, achieving all its objectives with complete success.
In a statement of the supervisor of the Squad; Mr. Maitham al-Zaidi, he said: "The forces of the squad completed cleansing 500 km square of that desert located within the Nukhayb area towards the desert of Ramadi in a record time. The forces relied on the elements of surprise and rapid movement in all axes. And despite completing its duty in the first phase, the squad will continue these operations believing in the need to sustain the momentum of victory."
It is noteworthy that these operations are under the umbrella of the Iraqi Ministry of Defense, the supervision of the Anbar Operations Command and the al-Abbas's (p) fighting squad; brigade 26 of the popular mobilization. The squad leads the fifth axis of this major operation.
