The Preparatory Committee for the 15th World Cultural Festival of the Martyrdom Spring announces the extension of the period of receipt of the research.

The Preparatory Committee for the 15th World Cultural Festival of the Martyrdom Spring announced the extension of the deadline for receiving the researches for the research competition until 10th of Rajab 1440H instead of the 1st of Rajab 1440H corresponding to the March 9, 2019.

The member of the preparatory committee of the festival and the head of the Department of Islamic and Human Knowledge Affairs at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine; Sheikh Ammar Al-Hilali, stated: "After may deliberations of the Preparatory Committee members, the period for receiving the researches participating in the festival's research competition has been extended, taking into account the time spent by the special committee to evaluate the participating research. The deadline for submitting the research is now the 10th of Rajab 1440 AH corresponding to March 17, 2019."

Adding: "The decision was taken after receiving request of the researchers so they have the ability to prepare their research and participate in the festival. The committee wanted also to provide a wider area to receive the largest possible number of research, because the festival is a great opportunity to attract the thinkers from all over the world."
