The al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad participates in the security and service of the visitors in the holy shrine of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her).

The role of the al-Abbas (peace be upon him) fighting squad was not limited to providing security and its contribution to preserving the country from the evils of the enemies in all districts under its control, but it also participated and had another kind of contribution in reviving the rituals of Allah, for the commemoration of the birth and martyrdom anniversaries of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) by providing the necessary services to their visitors. This time, the squad had the honor of serve the holy shrine of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her) in Syria by serving the mourners on the martyrdom of the heroine of Karbala; the immaculate Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her).

The al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad has installed a Hussayni service procession near Lady Zaynab's (p) holy shrine with the participation of a number of representatives and its relief and support units, to provide various services to incoming visitors.

The squad's supervisor, Maitham Al-Zaidi, was present there and gave the following statement to the al-Kafeel Network: "The al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad was honored to attend the martyrdom anniversary rituals of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her) under the guidance of the Senior Official of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine. Our delegation has a complete program including the erection of the Hussayni procession, which provides meals and drink of various kinds to the visitors in addition to its participation with the condolences procession of the people of Karbala."

He added: "Our main goal here is to serve the guests of the venerable Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her) exactly like we serve the guests of her beloved brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), after we have answered the call of the supreme religious authority in Najaf. And this is a great honor to answer the blessed fatwa and also to revive the Rituals of God Almighty. "
