The closing ceremony included several activities, including the following:

First: A dialogue session held by the agent of the supreme religious authority in the Qurna district in Basra province Sheikh Qassem Al-Mamouri with students of the Faculty of Management and Economics at the University of Basra, where Sheikh Al-Mamouri discussed through this symposium a number of points concerning the master of guardians (peace be upon him). Then the discussion was opened, enabling the Sheikh to answer to the questions and inquiries of the students.

Second: A health education lecture was given to the students to teach them first aid skills. It was run by trainer Ali Odeh, head of the first aid unit at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, who taught them how to deal in cases of drowning, swallowing the tongue, bruising, etc., which may encounter any of them during their daily lives.

Third: A Qur'anic lecture titled "Quranic glimpses" delivered to the students by the reader of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine; Moslim al-Shabki, in which he addressed the importance of the Holy Quran in our daily lives, ways of meditating in it, understanding its meaning and working according to it.

For their part, the students of the Faculty of Management and Economics at the University of Basra expressed their happiness at this festival, as they expressed great admiration for the valuable lectures that were given to them, highlighting that the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine always seeks to increase the intellectual and cultural awareness among the university students.
