500 volunteers of the al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad participate in securing the Ziyarat of Imam al-Kadhem (peace be upon him).

The Al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad mobilized hundreds of volunteers to participate in the inspections at the entrances to the holy city of Kadhemiyah on the martyrdom anniversary of Imam al-Kadhem (peace be upon him), within the prepared plan of the squad for securing this important Ziyarat.

The squad participated also by controlled planes to secure the sky of the city, which is witnessing the arrival of millions of visitors from different cities of Iraq and various countries of the world.

The General Supervisor of the Squad; Mr. Maytham al-Zaidi, stated: "We have mobilized about 500 volunteers associated to the Squad to support the security forces in the inspections and to protect the visitors who are flocking to the holy city of Kadhemiyah to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Imam al-Kadhem (peace be upon him)."

Adding: "There are controlled planes belonging to the Squad that also participate in securing the sky of Kadhemiyah throughout the duration of the Ziyarat as directed by the leadership, as well as jamming devices to prevent any hostile electronic activity that might threaten the safety of the visitors,"

Pointing out: "These efforts of the Squad are conducted in coordination with the federal police, specifically the second division, eighth brigade."
