The start of the research sessions of the World Cultural Festival of the Martyrdom Spring in the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine.

On Wednesday morning the 4th Sha'ban 1440 AH corresponding to April 10, 2019, the second day of the 15th edition of the World Cultural Festival of the Martyrdom Spring, launched with the first research session being held in the Hall of Imam al-Hassan (peace be upon him) for conferences and seminars at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, in the presence of the Senior Officials and General Secretaries of the two holy shrines, in addition to the participation and presence of researchers, thinkers and academics from inside and outside Iraq.

This session began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a welcoming speech delivered by the Research session Director Dr. Alaa Al-Moussawi, in which he stressed the importance of conducting such research sessions and holding such meetings, as it results in the introduction of new ideas and visions that contribute to raising the scientific and cultural level of the Islamic Ummah.

- The first research of Sheikh Dhea' Zein al-Din / from Iraq, entitled: (the greatness of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas).

- The second research by Sayed. Munir Al-Khabaz / from Saudi Arabia, entitled: (Reform Jurisprudence; Bases, tools and stages).

- Third research of Sayed. Hashim Hashemi / from Kuwait, entitled: (the tragedy of Ashura in its intellectual starting from distortion to correction).

The session witnessed many interventions and questions by the attendees, while the researchers answered and clarified what needs to be clarified.
