The head of the Foundation; Sheikh Hussein al-Turabi stated to al-Kafeel: "The al-Fadl Foundation for Orphans Care is one of the institutions supporting and caring for the orphans and the families of the martyrs, who sacrificed their souls for the liberation of the homeland and its protection. So, as part of the services provided to them, we launched a charitable project with the support of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, which has a distinct role in supporting our work, which contributes to help these families overcome the hardships of life, in order to be loyal as much as we can towards those who were martyrs for the sake of the land and sanctities."

Al-Turabi indicated: "A distribution mechanism was adopted to ensure the respect of the registered in the Foundation's databases, by providing the direct sales centers of the Noor al-Kafeel Company of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine with the names of the registered persons and provided them with special cards as an identification mean to the Center. Each card enable the registered to shop unconditionally according to a financial ceiling of 30 thousand dinars. On the other hand, we have opened a shopping center for them so the orphans and their families can buy clothes following the same mechanism."
