Until the dawn, the staff of the Water Division provides cooled water to the fasting visitors throughout the month of Ramadhan.

(The service of visitors is an honor to us) is a slogan raised by all the servants of the Master Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), in all seasons and throughout the year and in various occasions where great efforts are made, and of course the departments and divisions of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine prepared an integrated service plan for the holy month of Ramadhan, including the efforts harnessed to provide everything that makes it easy for the visitor to perform his/her Ziyarat, such as the efforts done by the staff of the water division of the service affairs department, from the process of preparing and providing drinking water after Iftar for fasting visitors during the holy month of Ramadhan.

The head of the Water Division, Haj Ahmed Al-Hanoon, explained to the al-Kafeel Network the mechanism of providing drinking water to visitors during the holy month of Ramadhan. He said: "Our cadres start this process two hours before the Adhan of Maghreb and Isha, by filling the water reservoirs located inside the holy shrine with R0 water, as well as filling the rest of reservoirs dispatched nearby the holy shrine."

He added: "All the reservoirs of water in the streets and roads leading to the square between the two holy shrines are also filled, and provided by ice cubes to keep the water cold."

He continued: "The process of transporting water and ice cubes is done through special vehicles to ensure its cold temperatures."

Haj al-Hanoun said: "The water is brought from the plant of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine of R0 Water. And the ice cubes are brought from the ice plant of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine."

As for the continuity of this blessed water distribution process until late at night, he said: "Our cadres continue to fill these reservoirs until the Adhan of Fajr, and then unload them and wash them to be ready for use in the next day, and this operation continues throughout the holy month."
