Some of the projects of the al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine.

After the year (2003), the holy shrines in Iraq witnessed a great transformation on urban, cultural and intellectual levels, to be as God wanted it to be a beacon that radiates to the world the vows of divine mercy and the authentic Muhammadian approach, far from fanaticism and extremism.

Therefore, the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has played an important role in this period of time. It sought to provide the best possible services to the visitor, the Iraqi community and the world in various fields.

Therefore, we will show in this report, part of the service and urban projects established by the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine over the past years. The projects are:

Design and manufacture of the holy shrine grid of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him).

Manufacture and gilding the minarets' slabs of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.

Horizontal expansion project of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine in an area of 30 thousand square meters.

Roofing the holy sanctuary of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) within its expansion project.

Design, construction and equipment of al-Kafeel Specialist Hospital in Karbala.

Design and construction of al-Kafeel Specialist Hospital in Babylon province (under construction and stopped due to funding ceases).

Project of the construction of second floor Iwans in the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.

The al-Abbas's (p) residential compound providing 829 houses with schools, shopping centers, clinic, mosque, infrastructure and streets.

Project of al-Kafeel garage for maintenance and services.

Development project of Maqam Imam al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten his holy reappearance).
