The expansion works of the Maqam of the imam of the Order and the Time (may Allah hasten his holy reappearance) are still continuing with great strides and reaching an advanced stage. The features of the expansion are now visible according to modern designs that combined the heritage and originality, in harmony with the architecture of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.
Head of the Engineering Department at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, Eng. Dea' Al-Sa'egh said: "We have completed the work of the concrete structure as well as the work of Kashi Karbalai, in addition to the work of electrical system and we started the works of the cooling system, fire system and other systems. The project will be concluded, InshaAllah, on the agreed timings."
