The al-Abbas's (p) Holy shrine realizes the dream of the student Aya Tawfiq to join the Faculty of Medicine.

The outstanding student Aya Tawfiq from the Basrah governorate, who had graduated with (93%) despite the circumstances and the suffering she is experiencing.

After her case became a matter of public opinion, and many promises were made to her by many personalities and institutions to support her at the governmental and other levels, but unfortunately the promises were not fulfilled and her dream and aspiration to enter the Faculty of Medicine was quickly slaughtered. And at the moment she despaired to achieve her dream, the blessing hand of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) covered her with his care and generosity.

As one of the hundreds of humanitarian cases adopted silently and without media propaganda, the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine registered the students in the Faculty of Medicine of the al-'Ameed University to study medicine for six years and to be accommodated in the internal sections of the university at its expense. And today, the student Aya, continues her successful student life amid the praise of her family to the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine for this initiative.
