The Minister of Planning confirms during his visit to a number of projects of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine that the role of the holy shrines took an important development dimension.

The Iraqi Minister of Planning Dr. Nouri Sabah al-Dulaimi said that the role of the holy shrines, including the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, has taken an important developmental dimension, through which it supported the local economy and provided more employment opportunities for young people, calling for the importance of benefiting from these experiences at the national level.

This was followed by a tour of some of the projects of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, during which he was accompanied by its Secretary-General Eng. Mohammed Al-Ashigar and a number of its Board of Directors members. He listened briefly to the stages of the work and the objectives of the completion and achievement rates. The tour included the first and fourth teaching complex, which is one of the important scientific edifices in the province, as well as another project of no less importance, namely the al-Kafeel Specialized garage, which is expected to open in the coming days, and which is one of the important Industrial facilities in the province. In addition to the group of warehouses and workshops, which is also one of the important and strategic projects implemented by the holy shrine.

At the end of this visit, the Minister expressed his happiness and pleasure to see the development of these projects, which he described as quality projects.
