Al-Kafeel Scouts Association continues to establish the comprehensive development program in its third edition.

In continuation of its mission to build the nucleus of the society and its basic youth generation, the al-Kafeel Scout Association of the Division of Childhood and Youth at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine continues to set up the Comprehensive Development Program in its third edition. The activities for the (13/15 y.o) Scouts were held for 400 scouts of registered students.

The first activity included workshops dedicated to Scout Skills to enhance the concepts and principles of Scouts in the minds of the participants. The workshops were organized in the Al-'Alqami City Gardens of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.

The second activity was the establishment of a competitive football tournament organized by the al-Kafeel Scouts Association with the participation of all elements, and it was conducted on the playground and squares of Al-'Alqami visitors’ city as one of the entertainment activities prepared within the curriculum of the comprehensive development program in its third edition.

The Summer Comprehensive Development Program (PDC) is a program designed for the three stages of scouting (cubs, scouts and juniors) from nine to eighteen years. It is characterized by a combination of courses, workshops and qualitative lectures.
