The Secretary General of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine congratulates his counterpart at the Kadhemiyah Holy Shrine on his assumption of the General Secretariat.

On the 4th of Dhu al-Hijjah 1440 AH corresponding to August 6, 2019, the Secretary General of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine; Eng. Mohammad Al-Ashigar was honored to visit the shrine of the Imams al-Kadhem and al-Jawad (peace be upon them) accompanied by a high-level delegation. Then he headed to extend the congratulations to the Secretary-General of the Kadhimiyah Holy Shrine; Prof. Dr. Haider Hassan al-Shammari, for his honor to assume the post of Secretary-General of the Kadhimiyah Holy Shrine.

For his part, Mr. Al-Ashigar conveyed the greetings of the Senior Official of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine; His Eminence Sayed al-Safi and all the servants in the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him). Praying for his success in the service of the two Imams (peace be upon them) and to work in providing all the possible services to the visitors of the holy shrine.

Sayed al-Ashigar stressed that the engineering, technical, cultural and service cadres at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine are ready to provide the possible and necessary support for the Kadhimiyah Holy Shrine, in order to serve the Holy Shrine and its visitors.

It is worth mentioning that the delegation accompanying Sayed. Al-Ashigar included the member of the Board of Directors of the Holy Shrine; Mr. Jawad Al-Hasnawi, the Advisor of the Senior Official of the Holy Shrine; Eng. Talal al-Beyr, the head of the Public Relations Department; Mr. Ma'in Ahmad Nasr-Allah, the head of the Service Affairs Department; Mohamad al-A'raji and the head of the Sanctuary's Care Department; Mr. Nizar Ghani.
