The servants of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) transferred the grid of al-Qasem (peace be upon him) to his shrine.

After the cadres working in Al-Saqqa' factory for the manufacture of shrine grids finished the work of Al-Qasem son of Imam Musa al-Kadhem (peace be upon them). an important procession from the holy city of Karbala headed to the District of al-Qasem (peace be upon him) to transfer the new grid, which was received with chants of the large crowds of the people of the District who slaughtered the sacrifices in front of this blessed achievement, which carries with it the blessings of the Master Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him).

The supervisor of the works of the grid's manufacture; Eng. Ali Saloom stated: "After manufacturing the grid of al-Qasem son of Imam Musa al-Kadhem (peace be upon both of them) in the factories of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, which are specialized in manufacturing and installing the doors and grids of the holy shrines and sanctuaries, which is a pioneering step by the Holy Shrine in this aspect after the success of the project of manufacture and installation of the grid of the Master Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) with the slogan "Made Proudly in Iraq".

He explained: "We have witnessed in the transfer of this grid a large reception by the people of this city, which is known by its role in offering sacrifices for the preservation of the homeland and its holy sites by offering martyrs in the fight against terrorism, and today they are proving their great loyalty by receiving the grid of the shrine of al-Qasem (peace be upon him)".

He also pointed out: "This grid was characterized by the design of skilled and professional hands, with the participation of a group of creative Iraqi calligraphers in the writing of the Quranic verses that were inscribed on top of this grid. On the other hand, for its manufacture, we used (522) kg of silver, and about (13) kg of gold, while other metals were (2000) kg of copper and (2500) kg of stainless steel, in addition to wood, which is one of the finest existing species. Thank God, the work was completed according to the times and conditions agreed with the secretariat of this shrine. This grid will be in addition to a series of achievements of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine."
