Engineering Maintenance Department is soon completing the construction work of the sanitary complex in the Qibla street of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him).

The staff of the engineering maintenance department at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine neared the completion of the works for the sanitary complex located in Al-Qibla Street of the Holy Shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), which consists of four floors over an area of ​​300 square meters. The achievement rate in this project has reached 80%, and the work is still going on at an accelerated and escalating pace in the hope of opening the 1st of the coming holy month of Muharram.

The supervising engineer; Mr. Fares Ibrahim explained to the al-Kafeel Network, saying: "The percentage of completion in the sanitary project of the Qibla Street of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) is 80%, and we are reaching the final stage of the work, which includes the installation of iron partitions."

He added: "All service systems have been completed as well as water reservoirs and elevators. The time taken in the work of this sanitary complex was less than the expected period, which is scheduled to be opened on the 1st of the coming month of Muharram. Noting that the work began on the 13th July, which is a record time thanks to the efforts of our staff who work 12 hours daily."

It is to note that this sanitary complex in the Qibla street of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) consists of three floors and on an area of ​​100 square meters for each floor; 60 square meters allocated to women and 40 square meters for men. The fourth floor is for vacuum and storage systems as well as electrical and alarm systems. In addition, the sanitary complex contains two electric elevators.
