The Relief and Support Division at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine opens a charity market to support families of martyrs and the needy people free of charge in the Wasit province.

As part of its humanitarian plan and within the celebrations of Eid al-Adha, the campaign of "Ahl al-Ghira" organized in coordination with the processions of Relief and Support of the Relief and Support Division of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine in Wasit province, a charity market in al-Hay district, in which free goods were offered to 865 families of martyrs of the Popular Mobilization and the needy families, in order to contribute in alleviating their burdens, and as a tribute to these families, who sacrificed their dearest ones for the preservation of this country and its sanctities.

This charity market was held in the hall of the mosque of the As'hab al-Kisa' in the said district, and in the presence of a delegation from the Relief and Support Division at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, namely Sayed Amer Tabatabai and the representative of the al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad in Wasit province, amid media coverage of a number of satellite channels.

Food items of all kinds were distributed in this market, in addition to clothing and various household items. These families took a shopping tour and took their needs in a way that preserves their dignity amid the welcome of the campaign organizers.

The unit and the organizers of the campaign stressed: "We are negligent towards these families, and all that is offered to them is nothing compared to their sacrifices. Therefore, we continue to establish such initiatives and activities, striving not to be limited to this month only, but our focus is more during this holy month because of its specificity. "

At the end of this market, which lasted from the early morning hours to noon, the beneficiary families expressed their thanks and gratitude to those in charge of this market, including the heroes of the campaign and the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, which was able through its skillfulness, to employ the support and relief processions in this precise way in order to serving the Iraqi people of all kinds, through the Relief and Support Division in the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine.
