For the second year i a row, the people of the district of Tuz Khurmato, Salah al-Din province, held a ceremony to raise the banner of Hussayni grief in one of the courts of the district. The ceremony was held in the presence of the representative of the supreme religious authority in the district and representatives of the security and services department in the province. The al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine was represented by a delegation from the religious affairs department headed by Sayed. Mohamad al-Musawi, as well as a large presence of the citizens.
Sayed. Al-Musawi delivered a speech in which he expressed his condolences to the Islamic Ummah and the lovers and followers of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in all parts of the globe on this painful occasion, which saddened the heart of the Prophet (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household). Highlighting that this flag is embodying the word of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her), pointing out that the right is always higher, and to be a beacon for the people of Tuz to follow the ideology and principles of the revolution of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him). The ceremony included the establishment of the Council of Hussayni condolences in addition to some poems.
It is noteworthy that the rites of raising the banners of grief has become a habit or a Hussayni rite that the believers are accustomed to held in most areas inside and outside Iraq, to mark the beginning of the season of Hussayni sorrows and the beginning of the holy month of Muharram.
