Al-Kafeel Center for Information and Statistical Studies ... Scientific Twinning and Global Partnership

In a qualitative step aimed at strengthening academic relations and the specialized ties; Al-Kafeel Center for Information and Statistical Studies received an academic delegation from the Iranian University of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him).

This meeting, which was held on Friday, September 13, 2019, is the first of a series of meetings that the Center prepares for the purpose of establishing a practical twinning and professional partnership with specialized research and scientific centers that adopt statistics as a theme.

The official of the al-Kafeel Center for Information and Statistical Studies, Mr. Jassam Al-Saidi; explained: "This meeting is a starting point adopted by the Center in its mobility for the preparation of the Ziyarat Arba'een of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) for the year 1441 AH, after the visit of the university delegation to the center early this summer to see its experience in the project of counting visitors electronically, which is adopted by the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine through the Communications Division and the al-Kafeel Center Information and Statistical Studies ".

For his part, Mr. Karar Al-Kinani, the official of the unit of statistics, analysis and statistical studies at the center expressed the readiness of the center to provide statistical, scientific and advisory services.

Dr. Khalil Zad, a professor at the Iranian University of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), expressed his happiness for such meetings; hoping that it will be resulting signing official protocols between the two sides as a working twinning. Announcing at the same time his admiration for the pioneering step establishing this Center, and expressing his readiness to provide scientific advice to the Center's staff.
