The Guidance and Support Committee at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine went to Eastern Samarra and then to Sinjar to provide its logistic and moral support.

Despite the end of the battles and the liberation of the entire usurped Iraqi territory, the Guidance and Support Committee of the Department of Religious Affairs at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, is still continuing its visits to support the fighters of the security forces and the Popular Mobilization. This time, the committee visited the Salahuddin operations' District, specifically the eastern of Samarra to support the Popular Mobilization fighters in the 9th Brigade and the 1st Battalion. Then it headed to Sinjar District in Mosul province, to the cultural center of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine to be briefed on the latest services provided since its inception as well as its future plans concerning cultural and guidance activities.

This visit is part of a series of ongoing visits and support by the Committee, which began its work from the very first moment of the launch of the fatwa of the Supreme Religious Authority for the Defense of Iraq and its holy sites, and included visits to all divisions and all security forces of the army, police and the Popular Mobilization.
