The completion of the sanitary facilities in the al-'Alqami service complex as part of its preparations for the Ziyarat Arba'een.

Within the service plans prepared to serve the visitors of the Master of martyrs and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them) during the Ziyarat Arba'een, the staff of the Engineering Maintenance Department at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine completed the works for the sanitary facility project located in Al-'Alaqami Complex for Visitors on Karbala-Al-Hilla Road.

Eng. Ammar Salah Mahdi from the Engineering Maintenance Department and one of the supervisors of the implementation of this project stated: "The al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, through our department, has built a sanitary facility to serve the visitors of Karbala in the Ziyarat Arba'een in the al-'Alqami complex" .

He added: "The facility contains 90 sanitary facilities, half are for men and the other half is for women, as well as places for ablution. The facility were equipped with an electrical and mechanical system such as drag and unloading systems as well as cooling system, and the type of construction is (Steel Structures)."

He explained: "The duration of the project was five months to complete it and the main objective of its construction is to reduce the momentum that occurs during Ziyarat Arba'een, which witnesses the arrival of millions of visitors, who are walking on the road between the cities of Hilla and Karbala."
