For the seventh consecutive year, the Institute of the Holy Quran launches the project of teaching the correct reading to the visitors of Arba'een.

For the seventh consecutive year, the Holy Quran Institute of the Department of Islamic and Humanitarian Affairs has launched its annual project for the Ziyarat Arba'een; a project of teaching correct reading, which centers are spread out on the routes taken by visitors to reach the holy city of Karbala from different cities and towns.

The goal of these stations is to:

1- Teaching the correct recitation of the Quranic verses, especially those we use often in the obligatory prayers.

2- Answering Quranic questions and inquiries.

3- Establishing Quranic Khatma according to each region where the station is located.

4- Distributing educational brochures about the Ziyarat and Quranic matters.

The project, as in its past six years, has witnessed a large turnout of visitors who considered it a distinct educational opportunity, where they receive important guidance in how to read the correct Surat al-Fatiha and short Surat with the Adhkar of prayer, as the biggest beneficiaries of this service are illiterate who cannot read and write, so they considered it is a precious gift given by the Ziyarat Arba'een to them to learn to correctly read the Book of Allah the Almighty.

It is noteworthy that the first centers opened this year were located in the province of Muthanna, where many of the visitors heading towards Karbala walk through it.
