Nearly 3000 fighters from the al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad participate in the inspection duty of the visitors arriving to the holy city of Karbala.

In order to secure the Ziyarat Arba'een and to create a security environment for visitors and do not let any opportunity to whoever wants to disturb this blessed Ziyarat, the al-Abbas (peace be upon him) Fighting Squad; 26th Brigade of the Popular Mobilization, announced the participation of nearly 3000 fighters in the inspection duty of the incoming visitors to the holy city of Karbala from various cities of Iraq and the Islamic world, to participate in the Ziyarat Arba'een of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), as part of an advance plan prepared by the Squad's leadership in cooperation with other security and government bodies.
These forces received security control of the three axes of the holy city of Karbala (Najaf - Babylon - Baghdad), because the Squad's fighters have experience in the field of inspection and dealing with the millions of visitors coming to perform the rituals of the Ziyarat.
