The al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine opens a number of accommodation centers for the missing inside Karbala and the roads leading to it.

The service plan of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine for the Ziyarat Arba'een included many services that contribute to alleviate the burden of the visitor and let him perform the rituals of the Ziyarat without any obstacles. Thus it opened a number of centers to accommodate the lost and missing inside and outside the holy city of Karbala, and link them to the missing and lost centers scattered on the roads leading to the holy city of Karbala, through an electronic program, a common database, to reduce the loss of some visitors during the Ziyarat.

The opening of these centers is very important because of the need to find a quicker mechanism to find the missing within the crowd. These centers work 24 hours and has eliminated many cases of confusion and stress when the visitors lose their relatives. In addition, special services were provided to the missing, including food, accommodation, treatment and adequate protection, as well as a range of toys for the children until their parents find them. These centers were provided with a number of translators of some languages, including Persian and English.

The committee overseeing the missing and lost guidance centers at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine announced the telephone numbers of the central control room to which are linked all the centers that are scattered on all axes of the city, from the governorate of Babylon, Najaf, and Baghdad, in order to inquire about any missing case.

The phone numbers are:

1- 07602405888

2- 07602405889

3- 07602405890
