The al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad commemorate the Arba'een rituals with a condolence procession.

The al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad has participated on Saturday afternoon 20th of Safar 1441 AH corresponding to October 19, 2019 along with millions of visitors in Karbala, with a condolence procession to commemorate the rituals of Arba'een of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them).

The procession included the heroes of the squad who were mobilized and participated in providing security and services to visitors, and who lined up headed by the supervisor of the squad; sheikh Maitham al-Zaidi, starting from the area of Twayreej gate with Hussayni elegies up to the Gate of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) to enter his holy shrine then passing by the area between the two holy shrines to enter the shrine of the Standard-Bearer Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), recalling the martyrs of the squad who sacrificed themselves for the defense of the homeland and its sanctities, adhering to the path of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him).

Inside the holy shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) a condolence Majlis was held in addition to the word of the general supervisor of the squad; Sheikh Maitham al-Zaidi, in which he expressed his thanks and appreciation for all the efforts made by these volunteers who came from various Iraqi provinces to provide security and other services to visitors.

The al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad had the duty to insure the security of the visitors through its participation in the security plan, insisted to extend the condolences along the visiting crowds with a condolence procession to get the reward of the Ziyarat.
