The Holy Quran Institute registers more than 200,000 visitors benefiting from the project of teaching correct reading to visitors.

The Holy Quran Institute of the Department of Islamic Knowledge and Humanitarian Affairs in the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine revealed the statistics of the number of visitors who benefited from the project of teaching correct reading to visitors in its seventh version, reached more than (200.000) beneficiaries of visitors during the Arba'een 1441 AH.

There were 120 Education Centers spread in a number of provinces on the roads leading to the holy Karbala, including (Baghdad, Muthanna, Najaf, Babylon, and the Hindiya district, and the center of the holy city of Karbala) with the participation of nearly (500)teachers. Most of the beneficiaries are from youth and the illiterate people who have been deprived from studies and have only received primary education, as well as foreigners who have come to the holy city of Karbala from various nationalities, especially from the non-Arabic speakers.

For his part, the Director of the Holy Quran Institute, Sheikh Jawad Nasraoui, expressed his sincere thanks to all the efforts made in this project, led by His Eminence the Senior Official of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine; Sayed. Ahmad al-Safi, and to the other officials of the Holy Shrine for their attention and encouragement. He also commended the efforts of teachers, project teachers, members of the Holy Quran Institute and all its participants.
