The al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine contributes to the installation of a desalination plant in an area of water scarcity.

The al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, as part of its chain of service projects, contributed to the installation of an integrated water desalination plant (RO station) for one of the districts of the western Jadwal district of Karbala Governorate, which suffers from scarcity in drinking water, the thing that prompted the administration of the Imam al-Hassan al-Mojtaba Mosque (peace be upon him) to establish this station with the help of the staff of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine.
The staffs of the Water Division of the Engineering Projects Division have signed up to do this work, in terms of purchasing the plant’s materials in addition to carrying out the work of erecting it, after those in charge of the mosque and some of the good people from the region provided the necessary cash amounts to purchase the materials.
This station, which has a capacity of (2000 liters / hour), has been installed with specifications that have proven the success of its experience in locations where stations have been installed inside and outside the Karbala governorate.
