After the completion of the works inside the holy courtyard of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas(peace be upon him) and the completion of its expansion, the compass of the work headed towards the vicinity of the Al-Abbas's(p) holy shrine. And one of the most important stages of the external expansion was the Qibla gate of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) which is one of the most important stages of the external expansion as it includes a large courtyard with many Iwans in this southern expansion in an effort to provide the best services to visitors with an area of approximately (15.000 m2) and extends along the street starting from the front courtyard of the Qibla gate and ending with the Republic Street.
