The Islamic Center for Strategic Studies of the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, which is based in the holy city of Najaf, is one of the important centers. As a result of the expansion of the works assigned to its large six departments with their branches, and the narrow place located to it, which is not suitable with its development on the one hand, and on the other does not meet its plans and aspirations, the Holy Shrine decided to create a building for this special center and suitable for its work.
