The project of the Iwans of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine.

The process of restoration and maintenance of the 57 Iwans on each floor, is one of the important and fundamental stages of the expansion project of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) by roofing it, as it is one of the main facades that give a beautiful aesthetic that simulate the past in a modern way. This was done by replacing the old Kashi Karbala'i with a new one on area of 10000 m2 for the two floors. The General Secretariat of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine has sought to unify the form of this facade with the same architectural texture of the ground floor. The project is implemented by the Ard al-Quds Engineering Company for Construction Contracting and under the direct supervision of the Engineering Projects Department at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.
